Randolph Martinez is Senior Vice President and Private Wealth Management Director of Trust Operations at UMB Bank, where he leads complex financial operations and long-term client stewardship within the private wealth space. A seasoned executive, Randolph brings deep expertise in guiding organizations through growth, transition, and transformation, including startup, turnaround, and consolidation initiatives.
Randolph has a long-standing commitment to community leadership and effective nonprofit governance. His prior board service includes the Colorado AIDS Project, the Denver Arts Association, and the Mayor’s Council of Education. He is passionate about responsible stewardship, sustainable impact, and mission-driven outcomes, and is proud to support CasaQ’s work advancing opportunity, stability, and hope for New Mexico’s youth.
