- You provide it to third party vendors through our website. These are our third-party vendors:
- Network for Good / Bonterra: Used for processing donations and some events.
- Google workplace: used as our productivity and collaboration tool.
- You refer a client to us.
- You provide it to us in physical form.
- You provide us with financial information necessary to donate.
- The device you use to access our site provides data to us that allows the site to function and to remember who you are. These are things like cookies and IP addresses.
What do we do with your Personal Information?
We use Personal Information in the following ways:
- To send you information about CasaQ that you have asked to receive.
- To process your donations.
- To sign you up for events.
- To comply with laws and regulations we understand apply to us, and in case of a dispute.
- To interact with potential clients when their information has been provided to us as a possible referral and comply with any regulations we believe are applicable to us when we receive and possess that information.
Who do you share my Personal Information with?
We share your Personal Information as follows:
- Internally with our staff and Board members as necessary to administer our programs and support CasaQ operationally.
- With our email campaign processor.
- With our productivity and collaboration tool provider.
- To our payment processor as necessary to execute purchases and donation transactions. CasaQ does not retain the identifying financial account information once a transaction is completed.
- With other non-profit organizations for programs we are part of.
- With for-profit organizations who we have partnered with to raise funds or awareness about CasaQ’s programs. These for-profit organizations have agreed to use the Personal Information only for the purposes we have agreed to.
- With regulatory organizations and others to comply with laws and regulations we believe apply to us.
How do you protect my Personal Information?
CasaQ understands that providing us with Personal Information involves a level of trust. We take that trust seriously. Our employee and Board policies make it the obligation of employees and Board members to protect the confidentiality of Personal Information. We also take other precautions to try to ensure that our systems are secure, and that they meet industry standards for security.

CasaQ is an advocacy and safe living organization for the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. Our site includes links we think may be helpful in that work. We are not responsible for these links, the information on them, information they solicit, or their security.
