Elena has been housed in the TLP for 2 years and 6 months. Casa Q will no longer be providing housing for KG effective June 1, 2026. Casa Q has granted an additional 6 months to allow Elena time to continue working on goals, save money, and develop a transition plan instead of doing her transition plan at the 2 year mark.
She has maintained consistent employment for some time and has demonstrated strong dedication to her job, including arranging reliable transportation to and from work. She has also recently received a promotion.
Elena has developed the skills necessary to live independently, and Casa Q will continue to offer aftercare services as needed.
