Casa Q's Transitional Living Program (TLP) is currently accepting referrals for LGBTQ+ adults age 18-22 who need housing support.
Transitional living programs for young adults 18-22 are in high demand, both from youth who were former Casa Q residents and from other homeless youth programs. There is a severe lack of Transitional Living Program placements in New Mexico. Casa Q serves approximately 4 young adults annually in our off-site apartments. The average stay for TLP is 12-24 months. Casa Q’s intensive case management team provides essential support for each young adult in our care, which includes mental health evaluation and medication management, education programming, life skills, primary care healthcare services, and cultural & identity-based programming.
The referral process is easy, just call us or fill out a referral form. If we can't place them, we will do our best to help advocate and identify their most supportive options.
