Lizz

Lizz (they/she) approaches the work of spending everyday with queer and trans youth from the perspective of a former recreational organizer. Because she spends most of her free time engaging in queer sports and recreation, she enjoys sharing activities as ways to process emotion holistically.

She understands that suicide prevention starts with the provision of basic needs like housing. As a mentor in the home, she then uses principles of harm reduction to create brave spaces for youth to lead their own way into adulthood.
